I have checked and we don't have this problem. So it MUST be something
from your side. You may need to make fresh INSTALLATION of ATF Setup 9.40!

even atf is disconnected it shows serial number even after fresh install
this problem occurs only after 9.40

sorry ... problem solved
just unistall atf setup
then delete the folder of atf setup in c drive
then restart pc and again install setup
