ATF team, kindly need your HELP! my box just stuck on one Blue light - GSM-Forum

Hello team, I haven't used my ATF box for a month but as of now I was trying to flash 5230 but my box just can't detect any phones from fbus

and every time I see only BLUE lights, I even updated to new version but I see only two lights on process of updating ( color BLUE and yellow ) the middle GREEN doesn't run on at all!

Please kindly need your help how to make my ATF box work again!

Have you restore the box firmware ?

You r using very old version so update to latest V9.15
Update Box Firmware : LogiCore 10.3.30

I did it on 9.12 version and still the same, I will try to do this 9.15 but kindly let me know what is the correct way to upgrade the logic Core update. thank you

Upgrade to 9.15,change driver,restore box...

@Unlockemall

1. Update ATF Software to 9.15 via online software update
2. Update Box Firmware from Product Support tab
3. Restore Box from Product Support tab according to your box PCB
4. Change ATF Software skin to stable one, like iMatel.skn.
