To The ATF BOX Product Menager My ATF Box Activation Problum When I Update Ver 11.0 The Box is Not Update. User name is gopal_2471 City Kolkata Country INDIA Reseller i Roshan Telecom . My Box is activated Buys Time By Me woner Uses name . My ATF BOX Probblum I M not working This Box .So I Requst To you My Box Problume Recovary As early As Possible. Thanking Advence. Two cause of your problem

1 - Reseller / Distributor block your box , in that case you need to contact your reseller to unblock it . We cant di anything for it . it is very CLEAR .

2 - If you have use auto update to V11.01 then Uninstall ATF > delete ATF folder > Install v11.10 > update important files

Your Box is 100% OK and NO PROBLEM with RESELLER or BLOCKLIST.

The problem is the firmware is not compatible with your BOX.

Contact me in PM and send me your Sonork ID there.
