Box Already Activated but it say not activated . SL3 Actovated, showed it is already activated but normal box says ((

This is my friend box. He wants to know the status of his box and why this has now happened since this box is using from long time.

Could you please check this box status from server?

Just activate it again,, your first screenshot already tells you what to do,
