can i downgrade the Firmware of c1-02 with ATF?

Connect phone & select the file version you want to flash

And flash it

But that Phone is a XGold. Can I flash any Firmware on that Phone like DCT4?

What is the mean of any firmware ? You can only flash with C1-02 . Flexibility is you can upgrade downgrade it
