c2-02 reset counters

hello i have got the code but i cannot enter since it tells me not allowed

does somebody know how to reset attempts on this phones i already tried same as bb5 phones once and now i have 2 phones in contact service waiting for a solution, so i dont wanna repeat that

You can enter the code via USB like this:

1. Scan Phone and ATF Will automatically changed to Infineon Mode.
2. Manually change back ATF Software dropdown list BB5 Mode BUT DO NOT SCAN PHONE.
3. Use "Manually Send Unlock Code PSW" option in BB5 Simlock Tab, same
way as you would send NCK unlock codes to any BB5 phone.
4. Phone should accept code (if correct) and become unlocked.

Hi,

You can upload both phones' PM backup here which are in Contact Service
We will try to repair it's PM120... And as well upload your Full PM of phone
which you want Reset counters.
