C3-01.5-RM-766 sp data curropted even after write pm120

Hello to all,
I received a C3-01.5 rm-766 for changing it's language but I flashed with C3-00.RM-614 flash file wrongly!!!and phone dead it's NPC data erased also during flash ATF did backup and I restored it's RPL.but when I flashed with correct flash file phone was dead also. then I recovered it's sp data with level 2 two. and I erased the phone completely and flashed now phone is alive but contact service and sp data corrupted
