C5-00 phone startup failed - (Solution Inside)

Before flash phone was ok but after flash phone is in below condition

(and there is npc data in rpl file but when scan phone it shows IMEI as 12345610654321?)

I only flashed the phone with 32.010 version file by usb and nothing, but whats wrong?

follow up the tab and rewrite the IMEI RPL saved (C: \ AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher \ Nokia \ backup). Advence The Turbo Flash creates a folder with the IMEI number of your device and puts it all inside beckup's! (look at the IMEI of your phone on the label and write the rpl correct). Then go PM tab and select write pm and select the file you have (but not locked or something) and rewrite it too!
Test the device and see that this 100%

PS: if you need to write a standalone pm or by selecting clicking sx4 server, correct the SuperDongle!

already write imei from backup,rpl write successful, but imei remains 123456..

Your Phone is RM-745, C5-00.2...

That is why you are getting BAD IMEI and BAD SIMLOCKS because you flashed it
with C5-00 RM-645...


So just download firmware 071.003 for RM-745 C5-00.2 and flash it to your phone :O)

The trick is to Extract Original Product code from RPL Backup (NPC)...

Take the HEX and put it into a HEX editor to expose the ASCII equivalent..

Then search the ASCII Equivalent in Naivifirm...

windows7 and have the computer, when you open the NPC with the notepad he has converted the same time without the need for extra programs!

but what difference do the flash with original product code and make flash with a different product code? what exactly does that mean? never understood right!
