Can't flash Lumia 610 RM-835 - Data Rejected at SEQ 0x151
 

Not really sure what I'm doing wrong. I have installed the drivers as instructed on the forum..... and couldn't find anything in the way of an answer to this particular problem.

Would appreciate some help, it has been driving me mad over the course of the day :)

Well updated the software to V9.02. The "download latest version" button on advance-box.com is a little misleading I suppose...?!

Seem to be getting several errors from the software now and again as other members have mentioned on the forum.

Double/tripple checked drivers, one time i did see a zuneSomeThingOrOther process in the task manager. Killed it. With my hope renewed.... It failed again.

Tried different versions of the flash files, different computers, even several RM-835's.

Is this the correct place for the official support?

Did i miss something really obvious? Is that why I have no answer?

Uninstall ATF >>> Keep backup the BACKUP folder > delete ATF folder

Install ATF V9.00 >>> Update to V9.02 >>> Update Important Files

Then I did the same, though after deleting ATF folder I also removed it via control panel and installed again, updated 9.02, updated the important files....

Now i did get a different skin.... though exactly the same error.

What i do get every now and again are unresponsive script errors from firefox (i have also changed IE to default browser, to see if it helped)

various different files, one for example resource://gre/modules/XPCOMUtils.jsm:320 and :323

with the option to stop the script or to continue it...

again tried in normal and dead mode. No difference

click [CHECK] button to see if your flash files are corrupted or not...

Thanks for your answer, I have done this with all 3 sets of flash files. (2 different versions)

I believe it also does this before flashing with the new version of ATF.

The flash files do not appear to be corrupt, according to ATF.

I got the same issue trying to flash Nokia 800 rm-819

stuck at :
ERROR: Data Rejected at SEQ 0x3
Status : WRITE OSBL CERTIFICATE FAILED

The phone was working fine, just wanted to Debrand it.
