Can't flash Lumia 610 RM-835 - Data Rejected at SEQ 0x151 - Page 2 - GSM-Forum

I had the same problem with every single Lumia 610 I tried to flash. It usually took dozens of tries for flashing to succeed just once. I suspect there is an issue with how data transfer is implemented on this device, because this is the only model I have that kind of problem with.

What eventually worked for me was using a USB 1.1 hub for flashing. Boom. 2 Lumia 610's on the first try.

It took longer to flash at USB 1.1 speed of course, but not exceedingly long (finished under 9 minutes).

If you have this issue, I suggest you give it a try. USB 1.1 hubs might not be easy to find of course (I have one in my Z3X box), but I'm sure there are ways to revert a 2.0 hub to 1.1 mode.
