Cant select atf files

Hi ,
I cannot select atf files because the software does not detect them even after adding them to product path ... It says no atf box found and no flash files found . why ?? I have atf v 10.0

1. Driver is latest
3. Selected path is correct and must have correct .vpl file inside flash file folder.

Check .vpl file inside the folder or not if you have select the proper path

First of all becouse not UPDATE to last version this very old you have?, now we are to 11,50 Atf version.

Post here with pic folder where you have files and Path directory

Post here Pic of Atf "Setting" side, how posted above, where we can see that Path where you have Files is the same
