c'ant unlock lumia 800 with tp

Interface Reset OK!
eMMC Supported Voltage Range:
3.5-3.6V, 3.4-3.5V, 2.6-2.7V, 2.5-2.6V, 2.4-2.5V
2.3-2.4V, 2.2-2.3V, 2.1-2.2V, 2.0-2.1V, 1.9-2.0V
ERROR: Connection Refused (CMD2)
Check your Test Point Soldering

ANGEL : Yeah, if your lumia 800 has already OSBL QUALCOMM inside.
Else, you will need to change boot to OSBL QUALCOOM via TP.

That is from my very old posts, that time NO TP was not added. So only way to unlock was TP. For now you can use NO TP.
