Dead ATF GOld Box. Blue LED On only. - GSM-Forum

Hello ATF team.
I am very unhappy with your box i purchased. Brand new box, only opened package yesterday to use. Upon connect to Pc with included USB cable, i am only getting blue light. No connection or usb device shows on pc. I used different cables to connect same problem. Tried on 3 different pc, and laptop, still no connection. All troubleshooting steps posted on forum do not work. Since this is new box i am unwilling to open it. Please help
Very sad that this solid box is not working for me.

Is support Dead? almost a week now since i posted my problem and not a single reply. Should i return box to reseller?

i got problem same .. my atf gold only lights blue .. i try to remove driver and instal again driver.. 3 lights is oke but still can use same to picture is up..

Nope. Tested on multiple pc.. still same problem
