Hi Chand_gee,

Can you please give us some info on how to erase the flash and by which software you have doen all this activity. i am facing the same vibrate issue in my E52 RM469. i have checked with several mobile technicians in my area but no vain. but from your post it seems that this will work out, and now i wanted to do this on my own.

Please note that i am a technical person in IT, but i have no experience in mobiles software flashing etc, you can consider me as layman in this field.

i have stil 18 pcs in same condition and see what i do
if yu read my last post so leave it because this is not hardware problem
1-as u now in this condition fone take full flash so iread rpl backup
2-go on seting and check option allow sl3 full erase option in atf
3-scan fone chips he detect as cmt 256mb then full erase the fone
4-now full flash your fone with latest version and u will see fone power up
5-write backup rpl repair super dongle key repair security test ok
now ur fone show simlock deta coroupted and u cant repiar at the moment

I know this os not full working solution butt if u search and read post
about this fault u will see 90% ask this is hardware problem
i was also prove this is hardwarw problem see above link

Butt exactly this software problem because if ic damage y fone ppwer up
after erase and flash think
question to suporter can we save simlock backup of this fone when he wont power up
or when we can repair simlock deta in sl3

Hi,

That could be done by writing another BB5 phone RPL to your phone.
But it is not needed now, since ATF can recover simlock from dead phones.

first you change the bettery after that you check the bsi voltage of bettery terminal if the bsi voltage is not show with check metter then make a jumper your phone is ok now
