E63- Restarts when go to setting - GSM-Forum

Respected Angel ,

i have e63 which restats when i go to setting . actaully it was downgraded and when in blue light . After that it was flashed with latested version , now handsets ok . network comming . but when i go to setting , it restarts . i formmatted it , done ui setting .

still no luck

now i am thinking of erasing it .

i have rpl & sim lock back up but donot have NETWROK ACTIVATION .

shall i go for erase , its SL3 handset

Hi,

If your box is NOT ACTIVATED for the ATF NETWORK then you should not
make downgrade process... Because you will not be able to repair super dongle
of your phone and there phone it will end up on contact service.

Better you activate your box and downgrade with ATF Box.
All tutorials, info about downgrade has been posted already in our section.

Thanks Angel for guiding me , for tell me is that a problem of software .. When ever gone to setting , phone hangs and restarts .
