Member: 5204 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35 | eMMC direct question I am trying to connect to a San disk eMMC SDIN8DE4 16G from a LG Nexus 5 but the memory just doesn't get recognized by ATF. With any other samsung eMMC I have no issues. The question: is this eMMC supporeted and if it's not can you add it ? |

Member: 5204 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35 | in my haste i forgot to read the specs. "VDDi Connections The VDDi (K2) ball must only be connected to an external capacitor that is connected to VSS. After dumping 512Mb from the damaged eMMC SDIN8DE4 16G and writing it to the samsung eMMC KMVTU000LM B503 I still can't get the phone to boot. In the san disk eMMC BOOT PARTITION : NOT BOOT ENABLED but in samsung's BOOT PARTITION : BOOT PARTITION 1 If this is the case how to reconfigure the samsung eMMC |

Member: 931282 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19 | If you have previously been used EMMC (B503 KMVTU000LM programmed) in another model, you can use it only to the previous model, to repair the phone, what do you need to have a new clean (blank) EMMC, remember that your EMMC even after a full wipe erases only the content partition, and sectors remain unchanged, each model has a different arrangement of the sectors |
