This is when some other software is preventing ATF to access this file.

Most of the time, it is because you are not logged in as administrator in windows.

There are several possibilities ..

1.- Avira Antivirus UP
2.- This running 2 times while the soft atf, or must pass the mouse over the small icons (next to the Windows OS clock) always fails when there are 2 small icons (there should be only one, when ATF is running)
3.- This Using ftd.dll and its variants with its box Vulcano
4.- This using ftd.dll and exe files packaged version (best Dongle) and generates a lot of problems if you try to use JAF as Interface
