ERROR: Failed to Initialize SDC Module 0x55

I'm new with this, I have ATF Box Turbo

I have few MicroSD's that i want to find the password and unlock.

But i get this error,

Faulty MicroSD Reader or i'm doing something wrong?

Yes need to update box firmware same time he is doing wrong in operation , For unlock micro SD go to " Connection manager " in ATF

I Press, Product Support > Update Firmware button. But I get message

"QUERY RESULT - NOT FOUND"


Is there anywhere else i can manually update my firmware?

"QUERY RESULT - NOT FOUND" ??? - OLD version of ATF, Uninstall ATF , delete ATF folder , then install "Full Install 12.60" and continue update firmware

Removed 12.67 , Deleted Folder, Downloaded Full Install 12.60
Installed on my Windows 7 Computer as well as Windows 10 Computer
Still Same Error "QUERY RESULT - NOT FOUND"

Is there any way that i can Update my Firmware manually?
Do you think the Machine is defective? I just purchased a week ago.


I have no idea at this point on how can i update to Firmware 11.0.10
and make my MicroSD Reader working.

Use this procedure and re-Try to Update fw, later post screenshoot of you Atf nokia tabulate and "Connection Manager" tabulate.

Tested from many user for Update Fw:

I tried this method as well, Updated host files accordingly.
But still no luck. Any other ideas?
