i am update 12.55 now software say

Please update your Box Firmware

* Follow these Instructions
1. Disconnect any phones connected to ATF Box
2. Go to "Product Support Tab"
3. Go to "Box Tools" Section
4. Click "Update Firmware" button

* Make sure you put ATF Software in Windows
FireWall Exclusion List

* Make sure you put ATF Software in your
Virus Scanner Exclusion List

Box Successfully Initialized

i will try update Box Firmware but server error

v11.80 ok
but v12.55 problem
why product supporter tell me something

Problem is only from you side, i've Update to 12.55 via Autoupdate and no one problem...

Its not auto-update server , Its Firmware update server . Soon it will fix

Yes, can be i'm not seen good becouse when i've open my Atf Sw a pop-up message have ask me if want update to new version, i have clicked Yes and no one problem, right now 12.55 w/o Update any fw from "Update Fw" tabulate...i use Big Box.
