Error in Software <<< SOLVED >>>

I'm having a problem with software from ATF, which is with the red square is running normal, but where this yellow square with no work at all, I click and nothing happens, it's as if frozen

As your screenshot showing that ATF not connected with PC . Check PC device manager with USB expand , whereas box connected or not , may be driver not installed properly
