GOLD BOX but no credit? - GSM-Forum

Hi ATF team! Yesterday I have bought one ATF GOLD Box, from EOEM GARRY reseller, but after installation, no credits. ATF Gold comes with JTAG Activation and Networkj Activation right?
I had 4 phones in hand and needed urgently to have JTAG activated, so I have bought JTAG activation today...again more money.

Can you check where is the problem? I need to recover my activation money too....AdvanceBox SN : 531EA31FE71397F124ACF71E

ATF Gold boxes do not come with ANY Credit inside. But these Gold Boxes come factory activated for ATF Network and JTAG. You do not need to buy any extra credit to activate these, since they are factory activated.

When I've tried to open JTag app I got no activation...when I try to login on ATF Network: I get "you need 49 credits"...

Are you sure you bought ATF Gold Box ?
