Hello P.S & P.M finally today I decide to update my box 9.90 to 10.20 but

100 tries...but failed

Try to download Version 10.10 Full Installer after that try to update Important Files and also Update your "Box Firmware"

I think that was server problem now server is alive and I already updated box firmware thanks for your precious time anna..
