Your Phone does not have Simlock Data.

Do you have PM 120 Backup? (Backup of FULL PM 0-400 Before you Downgraded the Phone)

I can see on your Logs that you did not flash the phone correctly and you
do not even have the Complete set of correct Flash Files for your phone..

You Manually loaded the flash files, and even tried to flash a VPL file to your
phone..


But the biggest problem was, you did not make Simlock Backup of your fully working
N8-00 before you tried to flash it with the wrong flash files...

By default, simlock backup and rpl backup is checked in ATF software...

You unchecked it before you flashed your phone :O(((

But you did not backup simlocks.... so this will not fix phone fully, unless you buy RPL from nokia
