HeLP, ATF NOT WORKING AFTER JTAG ACTIVATION - [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

HELLO ATF TEAM, PLEASE HELP ME, I BOUGHT SOME ACTIVATION FROM GSM SERVER , I WANTED TO ACTIVATE JTAG ON MY ATF NITRO BOX, SO I OPENED WINDOWS TAB ON ATF SOFTWARE THEN I CLICK ACTIVATE JTAG, BuT NOW MY ATF IS NO LONGER WORKING. IF I OPEN SOFTWARE IT SHOWS ME NO ATF CONNECTED, PLEASE HELP ME. I CANT EVEN DO NORMAL JOBS LIKE FLASHING , UNLOCK, ETC

HERE IS THE LOG:

JTAG Module: NOT ACTIVATED
JTAG Module Activation Cost: 39 Credits
JTAG Credits Available: 39 Credits
JTAG Module Activation Request Successful!
JTAG Module: ACTIVATED
ERROR: JTAG Activation Failed!

Hi, do this:

1. Uninstall ATF Software
2. Install ATF Full Setup v11.00 from this link: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/10068252-post2.html
3. Run this batch file: C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\Remove_ATF_Drivers\Remove_ATF_Drive rs.bat
4. Reconnect ATF Box on USB
5. Install ATF BOX DRIVERS manually from here: C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\ATF_NEW_DRIVERS
6. Open AdvanceBox.exe and follow instrcutions to Update Box Firmware to latest v11.00. If you have updated before - skip this step...
7. Open ATFJ.exe from here: C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\ATFJ.exe

Your box will be activated automatically.

bro Angel i did as you said, i unistalled old version and remove atf drivers, did a reboot but Atf is automatically installing drivers

then on device manager shows this

it only shows USB SERIAL CONVERTER A and USB SERIAL COVERTER B,
but atf software shows no box connected

Restore the EEPROM ... All will OK

Normal 11.1 tool is open but i Connect my box do not open tool

plz tell me what can i do

bro Angel i did as you said, i unistalled old version and remove atf drivers, did a reboot but Atf is automatically installing drivers

then on device manager shows this

it shows USB SERIAL CONVERTER A and USB SERIAL CONVERTER B

but Atf software still cant find box, pliz help, i remove all ftdi drivers from my machine

sorry for double post network problem but anyway, my problem solved by restoring box eeprom, thank you atf team

1. You need to install drivers for
USB SERIAL CONVERTER A and USB SERIAL CONVERTER B

Drivers can be found here:
http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/...0Certified.zip

** After drivers are 100% ok, and device manager shows that it is properly installed, then that is the time you do:

Product Support ---> Box Tools ---> Restore EEPROM

After RESTORE EEPROM, disconnect ATF BOX, then reconnect it. It will be detected correctly now.

To Activate JTAG , you just need to run latest version of ATFJ.exe. It will automatically activate your BOX if you already paid for activation.
