that's because the atf write the DCC file into PM section 355 1. that only work in single camera phone like 5310, 5130, 5220 etc. because the DCC file is stored at 355 1.. unlikely the phone like e66, e71 etc. it has 2 camera, u can see the log when scanning the phone. the primary camera or Main Camera DCC is stored at 355 0 PM File and the 3g camera or secondary camera DCC at 355 1 on PM file. So the point is ATF Box miss write the DCC file file to PM section 355 1. no matter how many thousand file you write the DCC in ATF it'll definetly won't work, unless atf team fix this error..

Or you can use Nokia Phoenix it has a selection on camera ID for writing DCC..
