help error server connection - GSM-Forum

Hello, I'm holding the box with serial (A9FA97C2) as a result of a virus two years ago I found myself with the box but without the management software, after several attempts of adeasso I find software downloads the software updated at 12.67 12.60 but just launch the program on the initial screen appear to me:
(Please update your Box Firmware

* Follow These Instructions
1. Disconnect any phones connected to ATF Box
2. Go to "Product Support Tab"
3. Go to "Tools Box" Section
4. Click "Update Firmware" button

* Make sure you put ATF Software in Windows
Firewall Exclusion List

* Make sure you put in your ATF Software
Virus Scanner Exclusion List

but going on (product support / tool box / update firmware) tells me (server connection error)
provided that it is not activated any antivirus, firewall or antispyweare, the operating system has seven 64-bit please could you help me ??
I would like to activate the JTAG but so I can not.
