Help! I could not use ATF Jtag - GSM-Forum

Good day team,

I badly need your assistance, I have ATF NITRO W/ JTAG ACTIVATED already.

Problem now is I could not use it due to this error, kindly refer to below image;

Please advise,

in normal mode (non jtag) your serial and software work fine?.

Thank you for your concern and prompt response, I very much appreciated. Much unlikely from the support team that should take care of the end users, unfortunately.

Anyway, my serial in normal mode is all ok, only the jtag software is not working anymore. I believe this happened when I restored the box firmware. But Im really wondering why it suddenly have this error...

Atf software 12.60 contain Jtag v1.0.15.8544 (17/06/2015)...

...
