help i9192 death boot repair sdc

help i made the sdc file from new flash file and even downloaded one from ATF Offcial Support Area > Samsung SDC Files > GT-I9192

if i connect it to my pc it doesn't connect but without the sd card it see qualcomm drivers

can anyone tell me whats wrong?
