Help N97 Contact Retailer


Hi,

I Just want to ask for help.


I have N97 Contact Retailer is the problem.

I try to scan and it says Unable to read sp data


On other box its same..

I backup rpl and simlocks

i just want to know if this simlocks data are corrupted?


I do full erase and flash to low and high version...

When i try to rewrite this backup it stay with unable to read sp data.


When imei is 123 or corrupted phones go into normal mode not contact retailer...

So is it possible that this backup is corrupted?

Or is there any solution..

If ATF software was never able to actually SHOW you the simlock table during
any of your scan phone sessions, then the simlock backup you made is just
a backup of the already corrupted simlocks (PM 120). So this is the main reason
why you got phone in "Contact Retailer" state, since the simlocks are already
bad when it got to your shop.


Also, your backup file name:

SL3_certificate_V ICPR72_09w44.18 28-05-10 RM-505 (c) Nokia_358226033016683__101141.pm

Does not show the LOCK Status of the Phone... Which means ATF Software was
not able to read the simlocks at all during scan phone...


A working simlock backup should show lock status like this:
SL3_certificate_V ICPR72_09w44.18 28-05-10 RM-505 (c) Nokia_354225035166565_Not Locked_24017.pm

Its not easy to know if simlocks backup is ok....
