I tried with i9300 and n7100 so no success, these devices using same eMMC controller.
I think i9500 have same eMMC controller with SM-C101 but different CPU.
Really I need your help.

Hi,

Have you tried making SDC file using Original Samsung 4 Files + PIT?

You need to find CMD connection of eMMC as well, and short the pull-up resistor of the CMD line.

Take a better picture of the eMMC area, so we can suggest to you where to TP the phone.

@littmanr

But I think IMEI patch is not damage BOOT1 which this Camera uses.

Anyway, check your service manual. CMD Resistor I think is R312

Use Multitester to confirm that it is a 10K Ohms Resistor.

You can find it on the side of UME300.

You already have SDC file right?
