Hello.
C3-00 is a broadcomm phone and it cannot be unlocked by BF at the moment.

For flashing and supported operations.
With this cable you will get Local/Test i think. But pins os this cable go to the same lines like microUSB.

All Broadcom based phone only have USB Protocols.
