Connect Lumia in Normal Mode
Window will load drivers, click on Cancel on first driver that windows will load.
On second, install driver from this dir: C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\Driver\Lumia and Asha Phone Drivers
The second driver will be for Nokia Connectivity USB Device. If its installed, then you can Scan Phone and can also flash it without other uninstalled drivers.

@huzein

This is DEVELOPEMENT PHONE. You cannot flash this with regular non development
firmware.

You will notice you will see many "Z" apps inside...

Another hint is

Debug Status: Not Active

Again, you cannot flash this phone... And as I know, it will not get any signal.

Return to Customer.

Read Phone Info should be enabled if correct drivers are installed.

Other than this, check other running programs such as Zune or Nokia Care suite or other Nokia 3rd party software running. They will prevent read info in ATF properly...

Again, just return phone to customer because there is nothing you can to do this phone and customer might blame you why his phone does not have signal etc...
