how fix error server connection update firmware in aft box

hi to all
i faced a error that you see in the above
unfortunately i check all ways , for example add the ip address or delete
host file form drive c but don't solve my problem and yet issues this error for
me.my win is 10 64 bit .
please advice me what solve this issue.
my box is atf light and previous ver was 11.60 but when i want to update to 12.70 / 12.67 i faced to this error.

Always turn off ur antivirus & firewall... while installing or updating ATF software,

but i did these if maybe this problem belong to other things, for example own box query or any other actions that i forget to do. so please advise me what i do first act ?
briefly , some other experience about what resolve this issue.
if you can tell me step by step how to update your box to 12.70?

download latest version
uninstall all old version
turn off antivirus & firewall
install latest version, no need to update after install.
