How to know size IC Flash DCT4 and DCT4+
When do bus check no info about it's size, not like BB5

I want to full erase
Use ATF ver 6.50

Hello team

In DCT4 bus check no Flash descriptor, so how to know it's size ?
is there a universal file for erase DCT4/DCT4+ phone like uniRAP or UniRAPIDO in BB5 ?
or can i just select biggest size in ATF erase section (512MB) to erase this kind of phone ?
