Then post here your BOX SN. Open ATF Software and Copy/Paste all logs here...

I upload srp file on the server is already three days ago!!!

I read your post many times. You have a server which is a problem, because the tab My Auth Phones has three files, and these files can be downloaded.
Please solve this problem or give me back my money.

Tell me one reason why you modify the SRP file?

I know what you trying to do and there will not process or refund in future your box also will be block as well.

Read this thread from beginning to end. The same problems the others.
I uploaded the file spr to your server with an account of my lifted 25 credits. I want to get the file pm to make Sim Lock rekoveri. Please tell me what's not understandable?

I can not download the file pm from your server to my laptop!!!

Why you not understand? It is simple you try to upload MODIFIED SRP file and we not process nor refund. That is all.

The SRP you uploaded is from a phone with wrong IMEI "12345678..."

It is possible to recover the Simlocks, however the IMEI will still be incorrect.

Next Time make sure 100% that the Phone IMEI is 100% OK and that you can
scan phone and see IMEI shown properly.

If you upload SRP again from a phone with BAD IMEI, you will experience DELAYS or
LOSS of credit.

The phone has been completely erased. I read in the description that Simlok rekoveri level 3 you can do when your phone is completely erased. Now I recorded the phone RPL NPC, did authorize the ATF Network and uploaded the file spr to the server. But I have again taken 25 credits ... and then 25 +25 = 50
