Unhappy Cant Flash C2-00

I have a Nokia C2-00 RM-704, the phone cant boot up; when trying to turn it on it will just light up and shutdown without showing Nokia Logo.

I try to flash it with ATF+Usb but not successful, i follow the exact step below:

1. Remove USB and Battery...
2. Insert USB.
3. Insert Battery. (doesnt boot automatically)
4. Power on phone shortly...

But it will just light up and shutdown without showing Nokia Logo.

See the Screenshot Below:

What do you think is wrong ?
Please need your Help...

Down in the program i see "BOX_FBUS_MODE" and you try to flash it via USB...
Set program to USB communication or try to use f-bus cable.

OK. I see it, you ticked USB MODE so it should work,
Do you hear usb conecting da-di when connecting the phone?
If yes - check in Device Manager if you have properly installed drivers.
It's about Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver.
