I9300 EMMC dead

Hii atf team my problem I9300 emmc repair. I have 4 in 1 V2 adaptör smart gsm connect direct emmc chip and tp connect ground but no connection change VCCIO and speed always error.And another main board without connection eroor how to solve problem ?
