i9500 emmc tp?

pls. help me where is the exactly TP EMMC without removing emmc on board

i have samsung i9500 no power cant detect pc or dead Boot i try to detect emmc via atf jtag ... i also search here but no found. it is 100 % success support in atf?

use emmc tool pro under atf plus
here is pinouts for i9500 direct emmc

I9500 firmware write sending boot error how to solve atf box this problem without replace emmc chip ?
