For ATF Software 9.12 and above, you DO NOT NEED to follow the instructions below:

Some people have problems with some STOCK Firmware Versions
which does not accept the '00000000' PIN or '0000000000' PUK
Unlock Code after TP Unlock is Performed.

To Make sure you will have a WORRY FREE TP UNLOCK, I strongly
suggest that you should flash your phone to a very specific version.


1. Download NaviFirmEx_v1_6_1_en.zip from:
Downloads - navifirmex - Nokia firmware downloader - Google Project Hosting

Option --> Server --> Nokia Care Suite

2. Download 1750.0805.8773.12220 firmware version for RM-801 OR RM-819



3. Full Flash Phone with newly downloaded firmware

4. TP Unlock Phone and enter '00000000' when asked for SIM PIN Unlock Code.



After phone is unlocked, you can flash phone with any firmware you
want and IT WILL REMAIN UNLOCKED!!!

hello...team ..i got some problem with unlock lumia 800 rm-801..my phone has old orange firmware...so i just disammbe phone and unlock it ..unlock successful but when i enter code pin it said incrrect pin...so i assemble phone for flash the phone but my phone is not going to obsl mode...here is the log of unlock...

2. Click Flash Button on ATF Software

3. Press and HOLD the VOLUME UP Buton on the phone

4. Connect USB Cable to the phone when the ATF Software tells you that it is
waiting for your phone (KEEP HOLDING THE VOLUME UP BUTTON UNTIL FLASHING
STARTS)


5. When flashing starts, you can release the VOLUME UP Button

thanks for reply...i did same thing 100 times but always phone not going in osbl mode...so confused...i did someting wrong with tp or what?? tp area clean...conectoer clean..phone conect well in normal mode...i alrady try with normal mode flashing...emergency flashing but same things happen..not goin in osbl mode...

phone did not flash with other tools aswell...not even nokia care suite..so its a new security phone or what...can i unlock with dead boot repair and flash...
if possible then plz tell me step by step...

"stock/original" firmwares inside the phone.


Regarding your "NOT GOING INTO OSBL" problem, does your windows detect
something like "Qualcom MSM..." in your Device Manager once ATF tries to
set the phone into OSBL Mode?

If not...

What "new" device is shown in the Device Manager at that point?



Try with 9.12 if all else fails... I had a few beta testers who instantly solved their
problems with 9.12 TP Unlock and without even flashing the phone to the suggested
firmware version.

no my phone not going to qulacom mode and in device manager only one HUMAN INTERFACE DEVICE SHOWN when i m trying with hold volume up button ...human interface device shown for about 20 seconds and phone vibate again and restart ...

now if need to unlock it than

i flash it by rm-801 ? U post that product code and version?

Because as we know rm-819 have not this product code.

RM-819 and RM-801 are the same and they are using the same flash files...

You can check your RM-819 flash files,, you will see they are actually RM-801.

again repir boot. and not power on flash phone.

result one time show betary barr than dead

betery is 100% ok.check another set
