Phone came to me with security code, just flash it but flashing stopped at 4 %
please early help will be highly appriciated ,

It is always powered on, I connect it with charger for 3-4 hours but it still says that battery level is 5%
How to charge it now?
Battery is not removable

always powered on meaning stuck at flashing mode, white nokia with red background, if we press power button for long time than phone goes restart with nokia logo than goes to download mode automatically

one last question, is there any issue of downgrade firmware in windows phone like android?
