It is not bugs man.

I know you are NOT new to field... But why did you use "Firmware Update Only" ??? You need to repair emmc with "Firmware Update + Format"...

keep in mind, your emmc was WP ON because it had bugs...

Good thing you backup 512mb, this was smart move on your side.

Because emmc has bugs, it can only be "refreshed" via Firmware Update + Format...

On next version, I will remove this "Firmware Update Only" ... Seems it causes confusion to end users.

@Yes shoaibrao,

i'm lol for not to think in this FORMAT option....and i've seen very many peoples with Samsung and Lumia in the same condition after "Update Fw only"... later when have applied "Format+Update FW"...problem in writing is been solved....

And think that have used the same "Format+Update fw" just yesterday in one N7100 with TP inside the emmc...lol for not have tinked in this...

Not all eMMC WP Problem is the same... Some can repair via "Remove WP" only and some will die with "Remove WP" only. It does not matter which Box/Tool you use...

Your best bet is always to backup 512MB while you can. Then always perform Firmware Update + Format
