Either make pullup resistor on GREEN, BLUE and RED to 3.30v with 100 ohms value, or try to change VccIO Voltage.

......jUST TO TELL YOU BEFORE HANDSET GETTING SWITCH ON PROPERLY BUT WAS RESTARTING. WE JUST TRIED TO CHANGED ON OFF SWITCH AND THEN HANDSET WENT DEAD.

Maybe possible the problem is just the on/off switch?

Connect phone with battery to USB cable and see if detected by device manager

Connected the phone to the system with battery inserted . The phone is neither vibrating nor getting switched on . But it is making usb connection sound and in the device manager it is showing under Universal Serial Bus Devices> QHSUSB_DLOAD. We are also attaching the image of Device manager.
