Lumia 610 restart afer unlock?!?

I've unlocked the phone using an older version of ATF by selecting the 610_610C_510_505_ALL_LEVELS_UNLOCK_V2.afp file. I pushed "restore boot" (because the older version didn't have the "read codes" button) and it read the codes correct. After that I turned on the phone, I entered the code i've read and the network was fine so I turned off the phone. The customer came to pick it up and I saw the problem: while you work with the phone (menus, calls, internet access, apps) everything is fine, but when you leave it and it enters stand-by mode it restarts. Trying to fix it, I installed the latest ATFJtag sw version, selected the file LUMIA_610_610C_UNLOCK.afp and hit "read codes". It read the same codes as the previous version. I wrote the full flash, the phone asked for the unlock code, I entered it, but still the same problem. I tried repair boot with MBR, SBL, nokia dload selected, the job was successful, wrote the flash again, it asked for the code, but still the same....
What can I do to fix this???
I have two phones with this problem already, one of them is absolutely brand new, both of them were working correctly before unlock. The solder pads are clean, I was very careful with them. No shorts, no burns, no nothing on the PCBs. The IMEI on both of them is correct.
Thanks

It's very strange problem and I don't think it has anything to do with unlocking and you already have done almost everything in software. So, better check hardware. Both AFP file you used was already used to unlock thousands of lumia phones.
