Check if your phone has actual IMEI.

Possible DPP and EFS area was damaged when somebody tried to fix boot using other tools.

@gsmsharing

Possible EFS is bad.

But I dont really understand what you mean by "Application Issue"

Please show me pictures of error coming from phone so I can try to make my phone do the same error.

Thankyou so much for your quick response.
By application issue I mean after downloading any application eg. whatapp, games or any application downloaded from store after installing you can see the image of application, but when u click it to open it would come back to main screen where you are. No application would open.
and one more thing why it cannot be upgraded to 8.1, should we have 8.1 boot
file for it or it is not like that.

thanks in advance

@gsmsharing

8.1 is done via OTA for 620 as of the moment. This is just a system "patch" done to OS. It is not available in Navifirm yet.

Maybe try to Reset Phone manually in Settings ---> About Phone

I am not familiar with this "application" problem yet.
