lumia 620 flash error

i got lumia 620 no imei in normal mode but it boot mode can se imei with other tool then i was flash with different product id flash file, then phone stuck in operator logo, then i was use
Windows Device Recovery Tool and flashed with original product code firmware in online, then phone stuck in nokia logo.
then again i was try with other tool tick nvi reset opttion and with downloaded file with original product code on back side sticker.
but still stuck nokia logo (was manually hard reset also)
now i was try flash with ATF but its not detect with atf, but with Windows Device Recovery Tool and other toll i can fully flash without problemwhat is wrong????
pls help me recover this phone.

now after i change driver on ATF folder i was flashed successfully but stuck nokia logo,
then was hard reset that also success but still logo, then was remove touch pad still logo.
pls help me phone was working when customer bring me problem was no imei

same problem, my nokia 620 plane mode after flash became hang logo,reset sukses but still hanglogo

its hardware problem.. change pf ic.. or remove it..
phn will work again but it show airplane mode.. if u want to work again then change same pf ic.. from other board or buy from market..

thank u for ur reply but customer say imei gone after he change touch pad touch not work then some one change ver then phone gone blinking airplane mode then he bring it to me i was flash it with original product code file now its stuck logo there should other problem.???

as u told i was remove power amp but still hang logo, was re hot cpu and power ic, still same hang logo.

ATF team there should be some other problem pls help.
