Lumia 620 is this phone locked?

I HAVE THIS PHONE WHEN I INSERTED SIMCARD IT ASK FOR PIN BUT WHEN I LOOK AT THE ID LOG OF ATF IT SAYS NOT LOCKED HERE IS THE LOG:

if i m not wrong u said asaking for pin , its means sim pin lock ,bro first check then post your problem...

Sim has no pin i removed the sim pin

If the phone is asking for PIN or PUK code, that's mean it is locked.
"Not Locked" in ATF Software could be the bug in reading simlock state.
Will be fixed in upcoming releases.
