lumia 625 rm-641 update to window 8.1 failed!!!- logs inside - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I want to update this nokia lumia 625 , I downloded the latest fw through product code from "nokia product support tool- nokia care suite"

And i flashed with atf, but it still windows 8.0 after flash with latest fw.

Need help to update this device into windows 8.1.

3056.40000.1349.2002 <---- This version is NOT 8.1... It is just BLACK Version.

I think WP 8.1 is still not officially released for 625 RM-941

Yes via ota, the firmware revision version is same, only the OS version is different.
Here the difference

And after flashing with Nokia suite fw, it can't be update by ota, phone always says, latest version already install, while checking with Wifi, in the phone.

You can dump working phone with 8.1, then we can extract necessary 8.1 files from that dump. Then we can write required partitions to make other phones into 8.1

It cannot be done via USB...

And the JTAG pinouts for it needs a microscope.

So just tell me if you still want to do it.
