Lumia 625 rm-943 Unable to find a bootable option!!! Please help - GSM-Forum

hi i received a lumia 625 rm-943 with this error.so i try to update firmware.
i get this error

Code:

Sending Image Signatures...
02:12:51 : ERROR: Flash Signature Block REJECTED! (0x11068000000E00000000)
02:12:51 : This Flash File is NOT COMPATIBLE with this Phone.

THEN ITY TO RESTORE BOOT WITH ATF JTAG BUT NOTHING CHANGE

any product manager can confirm what i can do for this error for lumia 625 maybe boot file corrupted but we have 2 different phone rm-941 and rm-943
maybe atf software but i see some screen shot for succes flashed lumia 625.
need help

maybe the last atf version is problem?
