Lumia 710 unlock problem...


Step 3 flash.....Ok!
Step 3 Unlock:error.....AMSS Partition Not Found

The problem is that you can not join OSBL mode???
The Device Manager shows:
ALCATEL HS_USB Diagnostics 9006 /COM11/
When I connect the volume plus pressure.....this is a driver Sigmabox!!
Alcatel see why????

What is the solution to this?

1. Restore DLOAD from eMMC Direct Tab
2. Flash Phone with latest version
3. Follow unlock instructions again

Driver will be a problem.....
If I connect OSBL mode /volume + press and connect/....in device manager it appears:
ALCATEL HS_USB Diagnostics 9006 /COM11/!!!!!
Not a question mark...but see Alcatel!
Otherwise DLOAD button inactive in the program for me!!

Why not active these three buttons?
REad Partitions
Write Partitions
Restore Dload

It's the same problem:

"after flash my lumia 710 with mcu file RM803_OSBL_QUALCOMM.esco
flash succeess
but now can't found phone as Qualcomm MMC Storage USB Device
i device manager i found alcatel hs-usb diagnostics9006
any driver to install or i miss some step"

What is the miserable DRIVER THAT THIS CAUSES A PROBLEM?????

Windows will automatically install the drivers, but one wrong....Nokia Connectivity Cable driver or other???
Or the driver version is not good???

When "Qualcomm mode" tuck-away USB...is shown as a question mark:Qualcomm CDMA TECHOLOGIES MSM...will automatically switch to the Alcatel hs-usb driver!!!
This is toxin,not cyanide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have the solution!!!
Important Note to everyone!!!


Any Alcatel QC driver messes all Samsung, Nokia, LG QC driver!!!

If anyone knows how can I extract this driver from the XP, do not spare me!
ALCATEL HS_USB Diagnostics 9006
There is no longer a program on my computer in which it is possible...Sigma box,Nck dongle,Alcatel Android manager....and this driver is still there!
Two computer guru working on the problem for two and a half hours and no result....i congratulate Microsoft!!!

1. Open Device Manager - Windows end right click on Alcatel HS-USB Diagnostics 9006 on menu.
2. select "update driver software in window."
3. select "browser my computer driver software end choose browser my computer driver software."
4. then select "let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer."
5. In new window choose "usb composite device end install"
6. Warning Warning Warning window will appear with " you need to format the disk in drive : before you can use it. " It is important to press Cancel
7. Now in menu ATF select tab eMMC Direct end SP UNLOCK
