If the Phone is DEAD
1. Press and Hold the VOLUME UP button
2. Connect it to the USB Port while still Pressing
the VOLUME UP button
3. Continue to Press the VOLUME UP button for 8 more
seconds

What kind of drivers it is showing when you connect phone with VOL UP pressed?

no drivers pop up, will vibrate and turn on

Then you may need to use Test Points in order to unlock this one phone.
Also, check USB in Normal Mode. If it is taking any drivers when phone is powered on?
